Acceptance of the terms
By creating an account or using Ordexa, you agree to these Terms of Service and the End User License Agreement. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the service.
Eligibility and authorized business use
Ordexa is intended for adults acting for a business, team, or other organization. You may use it only for authorized internal business operations and only as permitted by your organization.
Account registration and security
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your sign-in details confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and must promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
Customer responsibility for entered data
You remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of information entered into your workspace. Do not enter passwords, payment information, medical information, government identifiers, or other sensitive or regulated records.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, violate another person’s rights, or use Ordexa unlawfully. The End User License Agreement provides additional restrictions.
Service availability and changes
We may maintain, update, improve, suspend, or change features of Ordexa. We will make reasonable efforts to keep the service available, but continuous or error-free operation is not promised.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a breach of these agreements, security reasons, legal requirements, or misuse of the service.
Intellectual-property ownership
Ordexa retains ownership of the application, source code, design, documentation, branding, workflows, and related intellectual property. Customers retain ownership of the operational data they enter.
Third-party services and integrations
Some features may connect to third-party services, such as calendar or email providers. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. You authorize only the connections and data transfers you choose.
Disclaimers
Ordexa is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these agreements, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ordexa and its providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity arising from use of the service.
Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold harmless Ordexa and its providers from claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your misuse of the service, your violation of these agreements, or data you enter without the necessary rights or authorization.
Governing Law
This Agreement and any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement, the software, or the services provided by Ordexa shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any legal action arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Harris County, Texas, and each party consents to the jurisdiction of those courts.
