Ordexa Resource Management · Data Use Notice

Ordexa is intended for basic operational resource tracking such as personnel names, email addresses, phone numbers, addresses, emergency contact numbers, driver eligibility, hotel rooms, rental vehicles, scooters and tablets. Personnel invitations are reviewed by a workspace manager before submitted information becomes a personnel record.

Do not use Ordexa for

Passwords, authentication credentials, payment card information, bank information, medical information, Social Security numbers, full driver-license numbers, full VINs, protected health information, or other confidential or regulated records.

Cloud storage

The hosted version stores workspace data in the application database so authorized users can access the same workspace from multiple devices. Browser traffic should be served over HTTPS in production.
